Ruslan International was conceived to market a fleet of 17 An124-100s operated by two airlines - Antonov Airlines and Volga-Dnepr Airlines. The company is comprised of a number of key departments:

Responsible for flight-watch, permit applications and the scheduling of both fleets.

Responsible for charter enquiries, price negotiations and contracts.
