Oilspill Response in the Gulf of Mexico sees Ruslan International fly waste collection boats to the region

With the continuing crisis management of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, Ruslan International was called in at short notice to fly boats designed for the collection of floating waste and liquid from the water surface. The boats will be deployed to the Gulf of Mexico to assist in the clean up of oil that has spread over vast amounts of the ocean surface.

A total of seven boats were accomodated on the flight which operated from Nantes in France to New Orleans, Louisana. The flight was arranged in partnership with Chapman Freeborn Airchartering.
